Q: What is the QA goal in an Agile environment?
A: In an Agile environment, the two most important goals of QA are to build quality and eliminate waste. Bugs indicate that the developers are not building a quality product; and this lack of quality produces a lot of waste in the form of bug fixes and added complexity. |
