Q: Give me some examples of quality problems!
A: One, the software has bugs, therefore the quality is insufficient. Two, the software has a feature the customer didn't ask for, because a requirement was misunderstood. Three, the software has a feature the customer did ask for, but later we realized it was not what they meant, and they don't want it now. Four, the software has a feature the customer did describe properly, but once they saw it realized that they had asked for the wrong thing. Five, the software has a feature the customer did ask for, and it was what they meant, but now they want something different. |
