Q: Give me an example of a bug!
A: From the customer?s point of view, all the following four examples are considered bugs: 1. Feature they didn't ask for, because a requirement was misunderstood. 2. Feature they didn't ask for, because it was not a requirement. 3. Feature they described properly, but once they saw them in action they realized that they had asked for the wrong thing. 4.
