Q: Who is responsible for eliminating waste in the SDLC?
A: In Agile environments, it's the team of developers and testers who is responsible for eliminating waste. Because product development is teamwork, and teamwork is based on the right attitude and cooperation of all team members. The team consists of the testers and developers, and teamwork calls for their cooperation. Waste will be eliminated when the team is fully aware that the ultimate goal is to develop a quality product. |
