Q: How do you define waste in the SDLC?
A: Building anything that the customer doesn't find valuable is a waste. Whether it's a bug, a lack, or an excess, the customer doesn't consider these valuable. Therefore, we want to reduce or eliminate waste, in order to improve quality. |
