Q: Give me a typical systemic problem in the SDLC!
A: In software development, one typical systemic problem is the separation of developers and testers. The developers write code, and the testers try to detect the bugs and help the developers fix the code. On the positive side, the testers do address the bugs, but, on the negative side, the system as a whole allows the creation of bugs in the first place. |
