In Agile, why do we move the testing to the start?

Q: In Agile, why do we move the testing to the start?

A: Moving the testing process to the start of the SDLC process means there is little or no delay until any bugs are discovered. Because this way there is little or no waste to the process. Because this way there are few built-in redundancies. Because this way any opportunities to get into a dispute over how to fix bugs are minimal. Because if we move the testing before the coding, it is more likely that the developers will build a product the customer truly needs and wants.
