Q: Who is responsible for improving the process?
A: In Agile environments, the developers are also responsible. In Agile environments, the entire team of testers and developers is responsible. Why? Because both developers and testers must work together on avoiding buggy code in the first place. Because the testers' responsibility to improve the process doesn't make developers any less responsible. Because if testers keep finding bugs in the developers' code, then the developers are not doing their jobs correctly. |
