A: You can become the best software tester, by defining or adopting the best software testing model that you can find. Determine your baseline, i.e. your current level of software testing capability, competency, and customer satisfaction. Then develop and implement a plan for upgrading your current capability to that of the best software testing model. Over time, move your baseline. i.e. your current level of performance to that of the best software testing model. |
